My work sits at the intersection of data engineering, enterprise systems, financial technology, and execution leadership. I spend most of my time turning disconnected tools, reporting gaps, and process friction into systems leaders can actually rely on.
Background
I started in reporting and operational analysis at Investor's Business Daily, where I learned an early lesson that still shapes my work: data only matters if it reaches the right person in the right format at the right time.
That foundation led me into hedge fund operations and business systems at O'Neil Global Advisors, where I worked across GIPS compliance, portfolio platforms, reporting architecture, and fund data flows spanning SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
At Viking River Cruises, that same systems mindset expanded into payment integrations, Databricks pipelines, reporting modernization, and coordination across bank processors, third-party vendors, finance, and internal engineering teams.
Current Focus
My center of gravity is data engineering: pipelines, warehousing, reporting platforms, and the operating processes around them. I am interested in the full path from raw source data to decision-ready outputs.
Alongside that, I am building with AI agents, local LLM tooling, retrieval systems, and knowledge architecture. The goal is not novelty. The goal is to design systems that reduce coordination cost, improve clarity, and let people make better decisions faster.
